Shipping

I take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure your original artwork arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Free Worldwide Shipping

I offer free shipping on all original artworks worldwide. Every shipment includes priority, tracked, and insured delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Customs & Import Fees

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Policies vary by country and are beyond my control.

Packaging

To reduce waste, I use recycled and eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
All artworks are shipped stretched and ready to hang.
Each painting is wrapped securely to protect corners and surfaces during transit.
Every order includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & US: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)

You’ll receive email updates as your order ships.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately at elena@elena-alexander.com with photos of the packaging and artwork. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

I want you to feel confident when collecting original art directly from me. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The artwork must be in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent professional packaging to ensure safe transport.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact me at elena@elena-alexander.com with your order details. If your return is approved, I will provide you with instructions for shipping the work back.

Please note: return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. I strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as I cannot issue a refund for artwork lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, contact me immediately at elena@elena-alexander.com.  I’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned artwork, I’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions

  • Commissions and custom works are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
