We want you to feel confident when collecting original art from Elena Alexander. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork.
To be eligible for a return:
The artwork must be in the same condition you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent professional packaging to ensure safe transport.
Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at elena@elena-alexander.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the work back.
Please note: return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot issue a refund for artwork lost or damaged in transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately at elena@elena-alexander.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Commissions and custom works are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
