Free Worldwide Shipping

Free shipping is included with all original artworks shipped worldwide
Every shipment includes priority, tracked, and insured delivery.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Policies vary by country and are outside our control.

Packaging

To reduce waste, we use recycled and eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
All artworks are shipped stretched and ready to hang.
Each painting is wrapped securely to protect corners and surfaces during transit.
Every order includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & US: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at elena@elena-alexander.com with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
