Free Worldwide Shipping

  • Free shipping is included with all original artworks shipped worldwide

  • Every shipment includes priority, tracked, and insured delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Policies vary by country and are outside our control.

Packaging

  • To reduce waste, we use recycled and eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

  • All artworks are shipped stretched and ready to hang.

  • Each painting is wrapped securely to protect corners and surfaces during transit.

  • Every order includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada & US: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)

  • You will receive email updates as your order ships.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at elena@elena-alexander.com with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
