Dimensions: This three-panel artwork is composed of two 12 × 24 in panels and one 12 × 36 in panel. Each panel is 1.5 in deep.
Without spacing, the full composition measures approximately 36 inches wide. For installation, a 2–3 inch gap between panels is recommended, bringing the total displayed width to approximately 40-42 inches, depending on the chosen spacing.
This captivating original artwork, "Terracotta Horizon," is a striking geometric landscape rendered in acrylic on canvas. The piece features a layered composition of horizontal bands, where cool blues and pale neutrals evoke a vast, open sky, creating a sense of expansive distance. Beneath, rich terracotta and deep red tones anchor the composition, offering a feeling of warmth, stability, and groundedness. The subtle irregularities in the lines introduce a dynamic movement, suggesting the ebb and flow of changing terrain and shifting memories.
It’s a visual representation of that quiet space where the boundless sky meets the solid earth. This medium-sized piece, presented as a triptych, is perfect for adding a touch of contemporary abstract art to any living space. Consider placing it above a sofa, in a home office, or as a focal point in a dining area to bring a sense of calm and thoughtful reflection.
